- AI Service Providers: We use AI infrastructure to process your career content and generate responses. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
- Payment Processors: Stripe, Inc. processes payment transactions. Your full payment card details are never stored on our servers.
- Cloud Infrastructure: We use cloud hosting services to store and process data securely.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or as required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. AI Processing and Automated Decision-Making

Content you submit to the Service (including resumes, interview recordings, and chat messages) is processed by AI systems to generate feedback and recommendations. This processing is automated and does not involve human review unless you contact our support team.
AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding assessments of your qualifications or employability. We do not use automated decision-making to make legally significant decisions about you. Your career content is processed solely to provide the Service to you and is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.
11. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies necessary for authentication and to maintain your logged-in state. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may affect your ability to use the Service.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Canada, including the United States, where our service providers operate. These countries may have different privacy laws than Canada. When transferring data outside Canada, we take steps to ensure that your information receives a comparable level of protection, including through contractual agreements with our service providers.
